Constitution Law is the body of law which defines the relationship of different Entities with in a state namely the executive the legislature and the judiciary. Constitutional Law deals with Fundamental principles by which the Government exercises its authority. These may include Customary Law Conventions, statutory law, Judge made law or international rules and norms.

International Law is the set of rules generally regarded and accepted as binding and relation between state and between nation. It serve as a frame work for the Practice of stable and organised international relations. International law differ from state based legal systems in that it is primary applicable to countries rather than to private citizens.

It include the punishment of people who violet these laws. Criminal law varies according to Jurisdiction and differ from civil law, where emphasis is more on dispute resolution and victim composition than on punishment.

Commercial law is also know as business law is the body of law that applies to the rights relation and conduct of business and engaged in commerce and merchandising, trade and sales. It is often considered to be a branch of civil law and deals with issue of both private law and public law. Labor laws refer to law regulation labor in India. Clauses also provide for freedom of speech as well as separation of executive and judiciary and freedom of movement within the country and abroad.
