Constitution Law

Constitution Law is the body of law which defines the relationship of different Entities with in a state namely the executive the legislature and the judiciary. Constitutional Law deals with Fundamental principles by which the Government exercises its authority. These may include Customary Law Conventions, statutory law, Judge made law or international rules and norms.

International Law

International Law is the set of rules generally regarded and accepted as binding and relation between state and between nation. It serve as a frame work for the Practice of stable and organised international relations. International law differ from state based legal systems in that it is primary applicable to countries rather than to private citizens.

Legal Drafting and Conveyance

Conveyancing is an art of drafting deeds and documents example sale deed mortgage deed, lease deed, gift deed, promisory note, where by any right title or interest in an immovable property is transferred from one person to another. Conveyance is an art based on law or legal principles evolved over years.

Criminal law is the body of law that relate to crime. It regulate social conduct and proscribes whatever is threatening harmful or otherwise endangering to the property, health safety and moral welfare of people. It include the punishment of people who violet these laws. Commercial law is also know as business law is the body of law that applies to the rights relation and conduct of business and engaged in commerce and merchandising, trade and sales. Commercial law includes within compass such titles as principals and agent; carriage by land and sea; merchant shipping guarantee.

Labor Laws

Labor laws refer to law regulation labor in India. Traditionally, Indian government at federal and state level have sought to ensure a high degree of protection for workers but in practice legislative rights only cover a minority of workers. Indian is a federal form of government and because labor is a subject i the concurrent list of the Indian constitution labor matters are in the jurisdiction of both central and state government; both central and state government have enacted laws on labor relations and employment issues.

Human Rights Law

Human rights in India is an issue complicated by the country large size its tremendous diversity its statue as a development country and a sovereign, secular, democratic republic. The Constitution of India Provides for fundamental rights which include freedom religion. Clauses also provide for freedom of speech as well as separation of executive and judiciary and freedom of movement within the country and abroad.

Judicial opinion is a form of legal opinion written by a judge or a judicial panel in the course of resolving a legal dispute providing the decision reached to resolve the dispute and usually indicating the facts which led to the dispute and an analysis of the law used to arrive at the decision.
